researcher

We are looking for a talented UX researcher to join our UX research team and help us understand and meet users’ needs.
As the UX researcher at Superology, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and help define the future of our products by keeping the users at the center of every experience across all phases of the product’s lifecycle – from ideation, through launch, and beyond.

Requirements

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities

Leading, planning, coordinating and delivering user research, testing and measurement activities
Working with product managers, designers, and other team members on planning and executing research strategies and methodologies
Conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods
Constant optimization of the user experience
Summarizing research findings for other teams in a compelling and coherent way
Leading the scaling of user research at Superology
Mentoring and empowering others in developing their own research skills

Must-haves

Experience in planning, executing, and delivering user research
Understanding of various research methods (qualitative and quantitative) and when to use them
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good goal-setting, planning and time management in order to drive research roadmaps
Broad-mindedness and curiosity about tech industry and new research methods
Eagerness to learn and grow as a person and as a professional
Proficiency in English

Nice-to-haves

Experience in Enterprise UX
Experience in one of the design roles
Mentoring skills

Pre-selection based on your LinkedIn profile or CV. We are more interested in your experience and roles on previous projects than just your skills.

Meetup with our HR Manager and one of the seniors of your skillset. Expectations go both ways, so we make sure you leave having all of your questions answered.

After the meetup, you get a short task that shows your approach and way of thinking. No need to jump through hoops, just do your best!

We meet once again (live or in a call) to discuss the task and learn how you created the solution. If we’re on the same page, we’ll seal the deal very soon.
