We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our team and begin an exciting and challenging career at Superology. You will be responsible for building high-quality and incredibly impactful products, evolving the product management process, and collaborating with the team.

What you'll be doing

Our way of work

Everything we do, we AB test and try to keep features minimal to speed up the process
We love metrics and store our data in ClickHouse DWH
We appreciate customers' feedback and survey users often
We do user interviews because metrics are not enough
Figma is our go-to prototyping tool for tasks that include visual elements
We use Notion for a bunch of stuff, like idea management, collaboration and product documentation

Your responsibilities

Understanding and representing user needs
Inspiring a collective vision to empower independent decision making
Outlining what success looks like and tracking relevant metrics
Running discovery workshops
Conducting customer interviews
Planning new features and changes to the product
Prioritising product features and capabilities

Must-haves

Independence, critical thinking, and openness to new ideas and new ways of thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in developing customer-first products
Love for solving problems and challenges
The ability to think on high levels in product strategy
Proficiency in English

Nice-to-haves

Software development or related technical experience
Good understanding of UX
Business acumen

Pre-selection based on your LinkedIn profile or CV. We are more interested in your experience and roles on previous projects than just your skills.

Meetup with our HR Manager and one of the seniors of your skillset. Expectations go both ways, so we make sure you leave having all of your questions answered.

After the meetup, you get a short task that shows your approach and way of thinking. No need to jump through hoops, just do your best!

We meet once again (live or in a call) to discuss the task and learn how you created the solution. If we’re on the same page, we’ll seal the deal very soon.
