DevOps

We are developers who automate development, QA, and infrastructure processes, thus the fancy word DevOps.
Our job is to speed up processes from the first line of code to production release and beyond. In our day-to-day work, we use bleeding-edge tools like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes (k8s), and Infrastructure as a Code (IaC), enabling other teams to do their job efficiently. Requirements

What you'll be doing

Our tech stack

Cloud Native infrastructure, running on AWS
Bunch of k8s (kubernetes installed on AWS, kubernetes native CI and CD pipeline, in-house developed Cloud)
Development Kit for Kubernetes
Scripting and automation written in GoLang, Elixir, NodeJs, Bash, Java, depends on task
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki for monitoring/visualising/logging
Ambassador as heavy-duty ingress controller
Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation
GitlabCI and ArgoCD
Kafka, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse, ...

Must-haves

Willingness to learn new things and to adapt to new surroundings
Autonomy, critical thinking and openness to new ideas and new ways of thinking
Experience in developing backend systems (in any language) or experience in infrastructure automation

Nice-to-haves

previous experience with Kubernetes, Terraform or Go

Recruitment process

Pre-selection based on your LinkedIn profile or CV. We are more interested in your experience and roles on previous projects than just your skills.

Meetup with our HR Manager and one of the seniors of your skillset. Expectations go both ways, so we make sure you leave having all of your questions answered.

After the meetup, you get a short task that shows your approach and way of thinking. No need to jump through hoops, just do your best!

We meet once again (live or in a call) to discuss the task and learn how you created the solution. If we’re on the same page, we’ll seal the deal very soon.
