UX/UI
designer

As a UX/UI designer, you will be conducting research as an integral part of your design process, gather insights, explore and validate different solutions, create wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs. Requirements

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilites

Work on data-driven and large-sized mobile app in the sports betting industry
Working within the product team to define the customers' and business needs
Conduct user experience research (quantitative and qualitative)
Create and validate UX deliveries like user flows, information architectures, and wireframes
Create interface designs by following established brand guidelines
Contribute to the design system
Present your designs to team members and stakeholders
Educate others and participate in educations
Contribute to improving internal processes and collaborations with other teams
Provide and encourage feedback from other designers or teams

Must-haves

Willingness to learn and grow as a person and as a professional
Love to solve problems and be challenged
Experience in designing digital products (mainly mobile apps)
The ability to think on high levels in product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior
Understanding of how research shapes a good product
Proficiency in English

Nice-to-haves

Experience in using and/or designing sports or betting apps
Experience in various UX research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
Experience in working with design systems
Experience in creating animations (Lottie, After Effects)
Experience in creating and/or illustrating icons

Pre-selection based on your LinkedIn profile or CV. We are more interested in your experience and roles on previous projects than just your skills.

Meetup with our HR Manager and one of the seniors of your skillset. Expectations go both ways, so we make sure you leave having all of your questions answered.

After the meetup, you get a short task that shows your approach and way of thinking. No need to jump through hoops, just do your best!

We meet once again (live or in a call) to discuss the task and learn how you created the solution. If we’re on the same page, we’ll seal the deal very soon.
